My Sonic R 2 Concept Art. Simply because Sonic R was one of my favorite games and it should have a sequel, and because Sonic Riders didn't make the cut for me.

This is my first time really drawing Amy, Shadow, Rouge, and Cream in a piece (besides for sketches in the back of my gallery.)

If I were to be involved in the development of this game, I would definitely have secret characters featured from Sonic the Hedgehog SatAM. As well all the original levels, plus a water level, ice level, lava level, jungle level, and the Death Egg.

This one's been in the drawer a looooong time.
To get an idea of how long, think back to the release of Sonic Riders 1.

It's a pretty cute drawing, but everyone has the same face-forward expression, slanted body position, and no real movement to the picture in general.

Still, it's got its cuteness in regards to the eyes and the slight smiles. Just embrace more fluidity to motion, i.e. curves, flow of clothing, hair. And don't be afraid of some variety in positions on the page with a fun splash like this. :)
